The Business Development Account Executive – INSCOM is responsible for full-lifecycle business development leadership across the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) and its subordinate intelligence organizations. This role owns account strategy, customer engagement, opportunity identification, capture execution, and pipeline management in direct alignment with Army Intelligence mission priorities. The Account Executive serves as the primary interface between Cherokee Federal and INSCOM customers , shaping requirements, building trusted relationships with military and civilian leadership, and leading competitive and direct-award pursuits from early shaping through contract award. Success in this role requires deep understanding of Army Intelligence missions, acquisition pathways, and operational environments , combined with disciplined capture execution and strategic selling acumen. This position is expected to operate as a market leader , influencing internal solution teams, capture managers, and executive leadership to drive sustainable growth across classified and unclassified Army Intelligence portfolios.
