About the Role The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, nurturing, and securing new client relationships with residential community associations. This role is equal parts relationship-building, strategy, and execution — working to acquire new HOA clients while strengthening ties with existing ones. You’ll collaborate closely with internal departments and help shape a scalable, marketable sales strategy for continued growth.
