About The Position

MCFA is a mission-driven professional services firm specializing in strategy, planning, program management, and construction management. Our Transportation & Infrastructure Division partners with leading agencies such as the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, DRPA/PATCO, and JFK International Airport to deliver high-impact infrastructure solutions that improve mobility, sustainability, and resilience across the region. We bring together Certified Planners, Professional Engineers, Project Controls Professionals and Project Managers to support complex infrastructure initiatives—from culvert rehabilitation and bridge reconstruction to transit-oriented development and energy resilience We’re seeking a Sales Manager who is fearless, ambitious, and highly relational to lead business development efforts in our Transportation & Infrastructure Division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and is passionate about shaping the future of infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the transportation, infrastructure, or AEC sectors.
  • Familiarity with public agency procurement processes and infrastructure funding mechanisms.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure planning, engineering, and construction management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with agencies like NJTA, MTA, PANYNJ, DRPA, or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities with transportation agencies, municipalities, and infrastructure partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including project managers, procurement officers, and agency executives.
  • Lead capture efforts for infrastructure projects including planning, engineering, and construction management scopes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Track and report on pipeline development, proposal success rates, and revenue growth.
  • Represent MCFA at industry events, conferences, and infrastructure forums.
