The Business Development Manager is responsible for growing revenue through new and existing customer accounts by building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored packaging and logistics solutions. This role is customer-facing, focused on developing opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a hands-on closer with strong commercial acumen and experience selling industrial services or engineered solutions. The role is a full time position and will require frequent travel to meet with Customers. The role will be remote and desire is to find the right person opposed to location.
