About The Position

Are you a people-person with a passion for building relationships and making things happen? Do you love the idea of being out in the community, connecting with others, and being the go-to resource when disaster strikes? ServiceMaster CDR is looking for a high-energy, self-driven Restoration Business Development Manager to join our growing team! As a Business Development Manager you’ll be the face of ServiceMaster CDR—connecting with insurance agents, property managers, adjusters, and business owners to generate leads and grow our brand presence in the Westside Cleveland market. You’ll build genuine relationships, attend local events, host coffee chats or lunch-and-learns, and help make sure that when disaster hits, people know exactly who to call: YOU and ServiceMaster CDR.

Requirements

A confident communicator who thrives on making connections
Someone who is familiar with sales in the Western Cleveland area
Someone with a background in sales, marketing, or customer service (bonus if you’ve worked in restoration or insurance!)
A go-getter who’s organized, goal-oriented, and ready to hustle
Comfortable speaking to groups and representing a professional brand
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (you’ll be on the move!)

Nice To Haves

Someone with a background in sales, marketing, or customer service (bonus if you’ve worked in restoration or insurance!)

Responsibilities

Visiting insurance agencies, property management offices, and other referral sources
Attending local networking events and trade shows
Hosting fun and informative presentations and drop-ins
Tracking your outreach and success using CRM tools
Working closely with our sales and service teams to create a seamless customer journey
