We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join PlayStation’s subscription team. We’re looking for a dynamic, highly motivated individual who will help identify and execute new strategic opportunities to enhance PlayStation’s subscription offering. In this role, you’ll develop a deep understanding of the PlayStation business and broader industry trends in order to identify opportunities for new features, functionalities, and partnerships. You will be responsible for recommending enhancements that deliver mutual value for PlayStation, its partners, and its customers. This includes building and evaluating business cases, assessing the potential scale and impact of new initiatives, and determining their ability to support long-term organizational objectives. The Business Development Manager will help define key performance indicators, shape new strategies, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution through to commercial launch. You’ll collaborate with global teams across product, marketing, finance, growth, and experience, while also playing a key role in driving the culture and effectiveness of the wider Services team. This role requires the ability to manage multiple complex projects with limited guidance, think critically, execute effectively, and approach opportunities with strong commercial acumen. Success in this position also depends on excellent storytelling skills and a proven ability to build strong partnerships across teams and divisions.
