About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – Oil & Gas Completions to expand our market presence, strengthen customer relationships, and drive revenue growth across our Completions product and service portfolio. This individual will play a key role in identifying opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and positioning our organization as a preferred provider within the completions sector.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience in the oil & gas industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of completions operations (e.g., frac, wireline, plugs, packers, completion tools).
  • Proven track record of business growth and customer acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Existing customer network in the Permian, Mid-Con, or regional basins.
  • Experience selling specialized completion tools or services.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil & gas completions segment (plug-and-perf, wireline services, frac services, downhole tools, etc.).
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory revenue targets.
  • Expand relationships with operators, service companies, and industry partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers.
  • Maintain regular communication to understand ongoing needs, project pipelines, and upcoming opportunities.
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations as needed.
  • Monitor market activity, competitor offerings, pricing trends, and technological advancements.
  • Provide leadership with timely reporting on sales pipelines, forecasts, and market intelligence.
  • Participate in quarterly and annual business planning initiatives.
  • Partner with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
  • Support contract negotiations, proposals, and bid packages.
