Responsibilities

• Develop and manage product sales optimization (‘how to sell’) program
• Manage development and implementation of long-term strategic contracts
• Partner with respective groups to develop, and manage cross-collaboration, of marketing activities
• Oversee and implement projects that deliver financial value to the business (e.g. e-commerce strategy, M&A business case coordination and development)
• Scoping and management of strategic projects; maintains responsibility of deliverables and timelines; manages stakeholder expectations
• Lead development of training materials and facilitate product/solution trainings globally
• Participate as an active member of the Milling Consumables management team
• Builds trust and productive relationships with stakeholders
