About The Position

Clearview Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, a well-established and award-winning independent lettings agency with a strong presence in Clifton and the wider Bristol market. With a reputation for delivering exceptional service, they are now expanding their team and seeking a driven Business Development Manager to help grow their portfolio and maintain long-term relationships with landlords. Role Overview This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join an experienced and dynamic lettings team in Clifton. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth, generating new landlord leads, and ensuring a high standard of service. Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in a lettings or estate agency environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
  • Experience in negotiating, valuing, and business development
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and personable approach
  • Ability to build long-term relationships and generate new business
  • Full UK driving licence required

Nice To Haves

  • ARLA qualification or willingness to work towards it (funding provided)

Responsibilities

  • Generate, arrange, and carry out property valuations, bringing properties to market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords to secure new business
  • Identify and implement strategies to expand the lettings portfolio
  • Ensure office systems and service standards are maintained
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
  • Work closely with the Head of New Business to identify opportunities
  • Train, support, and develop team members as the business grows
  • Stay up to date with property legislation and compliance procedures
