About The Position

Under direction, is responsible for the overall business development of the Company at OEM level within the assigned Area by promoting our entire PMT portfolio, seeking new opportunities, following designs up to production and book business. Depending on the overall potential of the assigned territory, this position may have a role in directing and managing a local sales force to achieve PMT’s annual Sales /PM and strategic objectives and will be responsible for the overall sales programs for assigned Vendor lines to attain sales, gross margin and DOC goals for the AREA.

Requirements

  • EE or 7 to 10 years of sales/marketing in electronics with specific experience in Radio Frequency or Power Conversion domains, great understanding of the demand creation business model at OEM, strong management skills.
  • Experience in developing, maintaining and managing business at the highest-level including vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Personally responsible for top strategic accounts developments
  • Recruit, coach, train and motivate dedicated OEM outside and Inside admin sales force
  • Define Sales and Marketing plans with the sales organization and ensure achievement of the plans.
  • Be encountered for Annual Sales /margin and DOC goals achievement.
  • Define and implement accounts penetration strategy.
  • Set sales and gross margin goals.
  • Set Annual / Monthly Design registration goals.
  • Close collaboration with the local vendor representatives to implement local business strategy.
  • Schedule regular QBR with our Partners
  • Periodically review DST performance and key accounts market penetration
  • Get a full understanding of the area market profile and apply relevant market approaches.
  • Schedule regular meeting at Key accounts Corp level
  • Set quarterly challenges on specific Market or applications.
  • Analyze/evaluate sales and the performance of customers in relation to forecasts, quota and potential.
  • Keep BU informed of market changes and trends relating to products in the industry.
  • Analyzes and evaluates expenses with respect to budget, expenditures and overall district performance.
  • Attends and participates in sales meetings, trade shows and seminars as required and assigned.
  • Prepare and submit all required reports, expenses, projections and budgets in a timely manner.
  • Review yearly Team performances.
