The Role Source is seeking a results-driven, hunter-minded Business Development Manager – Hospitality to grow our procurement revenue across the U.S. This full-time remote role requires significant travel for in-person meetings, industry events, and conferences. The ideal candidate brings current, hands-on hospitality business development experience and enters the role with an existing industry network they can activate immediately. You’ll be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, maintaining accurate activity tracking in Salesforce, and developing long-term relationships with owners, project managers, architects, and designers in the hospitality procurement space. You will build relationships with assigned accounts and will play a key role in expanding our national client base.
