About The Position

EverHome HealthCare is a well-established, physician-owned Home Health and Home Care agency serving Snohomish, King, and Pierce counties. We are known for delivering high-quality, compassionate care while building strong, trusted relationships across the healthcare continuum. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to expand our referral network, drive new client growth, and strengthen our presence in the community. About the Role This is a field-based, relationship-driven sales role focused on both referral development and client conversion. You will be responsible for building strategic partnerships with referral sources (hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, case managers, and other healthcare professionals), while also guiding prospective clients and families through the decision to begin care. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment, takes ownership of their territory, and is motivated by results. What Success Looks Like · Build and maintain 20–40 active referral relationships · Generate consistent new client starts aligned with monthly revenue goals · Maintain a strong, organized pipeline using HubSpot as your CRM tool · Achieve and exceed individual and team growth targets · Deliver an exceptional experience from the first inquiry through client onboarding · Actively contribute to territory strategy and referral growth initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or healthcare marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and generate referrals
  • Strong closing skills and ability to guide clients through decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and time management
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within territory

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home care, home health, hospice, or related healthcare field strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with referral sources through consistent in-person visits and follow-up
  • Prospect and establish new referral partnerships through outreach, networking, and community engagement
  • Maintain and grow existing referral relationships to increase volume and consistency of referrals
  • Manage incoming inquiries and convert prospects into active clients
  • Meet with clients and families in homes, communities, or care settings to present services and secure agreements
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sales activity in CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for handling incoming sales inquiries (nights/weekends, as scheduled)
  • Represent EverHome HealthCare at community events and networking opportunities
