Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven business development or sales experience in construction or related industries
  • Established relationships with key decision-makers in large construction companies or distribution channels preferred
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales results, achieving or exceeding targets, and closing deals
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and strategic thinking
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools, Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to travel 40–60% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting end-users in the construction sector to achieve revenue and growth objectives
  • Drive brand preference and product specification within large construction companies, general contractors, and subcontractors
  • Create, implement, and maintain account plans for targeted end-user accounts in alignment with global sales strategies
  • Partner with product management to define value propositions and identify opportunities for portfolio expansion
  • Collaborate with inside sales and channel partners to generate new demand, penetrate accounts, and expand existing relationships
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the construction vertical, analyzing industry trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities
  • Conduct training and support for manufacturing sales representatives to align them with end-user targets and sales initiatives
