About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to drive growth in the automotive logistics space by expanding adoption of innovative technology solutions among carriers, brokers, and OEMs. You will take a hands-on approach to outbound business development, engaging prospects, uncovering operational pain points, and positioning solutions that create measurable value. The position emphasizes pipeline creation, discovery, and early customer wins in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, development, and go-to-market leadership while leveraging AI and automation tools to optimize prospecting efficiency. Success in this role directly contributes to faster sales cycles, increased customer adoption, and the expansion of the company’s footprint within the logistics ecosystem. High energy, persistence, and strong communication skills are key to excelling in this role.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or SaaS sales.
  • Familiarity with logistics, transportation, automotive, or supply chain industries is a plus.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting and sustained activity.
  • Strong communication and discovery skills, able to identify customer needs and articulate value.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and able to operate effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for selling new, differentiated products and driving adoption.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with logistics, transportation, automotive, or supply chain industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage automotive carriers, brokers, and logistics providers through high-volume outbound activity including calls, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand customer workflows, pain points, and operational priorities.
  • Position technology solutions based on prospect needs and readiness, coordinating demos, pilots, and value assessments.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new carrier opportunities, ensuring consistent conversion into active customers.
  • Gather and share market feedback to refine messaging, use cases, and overall go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with product, development, and go-to-market teams to align solutions with market needs.
  • Utilize AI-driven research and outreach platforms to increase prospecting efficiency, personalize engagement, and accelerate pipeline velocity.
