About The Position

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead beverage application and business development initiatives for key accounts across the Eastern US. You will drive growth by expanding existing customer relationships, developing innovative beverage solutions, and identifying new revenue opportunities. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including Marketing, R&D, and Culinary to deliver scalable and profitable menu solutions. You will act as a strategic advisor to customers, managing relationships at all levels, and translating market trends into actionable growth strategies. This is a high-impact role suited for a results-driven professional passionate about beverage applications and customer success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, or related field preferred; associate’s degree in Culinary Arts considered.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working with foodservice customers in beverage application and menu development.
  • Strong expertise in beverage applications, beverage menu creation, and customer engagement.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% within the United States.
  • Results-oriented, with strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct all beverage application and business development efforts for assigned foodservice accounts.
  • Defend and grow existing Customized and Branded business by increasing account penetration and menu usage.
  • Develop innovative, scalable beverage solutions in collaboration with Marketing, R&D, and Culinary teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities at targeted accounts to expand profitable product offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels, developing strategies aligned with customer objectives and culture.
  • Orchestrate customer opportunities and activities using appropriate resources to maximize results.
  • Analyze business trends and execute strategic plans to optimize the use of beverage technologies and drive revenue growth.
