BioProcure is scaling rapidly across the U.S. life science ecosystem. We are seeking a high-energy Outside Sales Business Development Leader to manage the US West Coast territory. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new leads, fostering existing client relationships, and delivering persuasive presentations. This role requires extensive travel within the territory to meet clients at their locations. Key responsibilities include prospecting, conducting demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. This is a hands-on, outside sales role that requires both strategic selling and daily outbound execution. For the first two quarters, the Outside Sales Business Development Leader will operate independently without SDR support, managing the full pipeline generation and closing process while building regional brand presence.
