Hawthorne Gardening Company is seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Business Development Lead to spearhead our expansion within the Lawn & Garden industry while simultaneously elevating our e-commerce presence and strategy. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, deep industry knowledge, and operational execution. The ideal candidate will be a cross-functional leader, capable of developing high-level strategies, coordinating internal resources, and driving the successful execution of complex business objectives. This will be a remote opportunity with approximately 30% domestic travel. This person is required to live in the United States.
