About The Position

AiRwash, Draganfly’s drone-powered exterior cleaning division, is seeking a Business Development Lead to drive revenue growth across soft wash, pressure wash, and facade cleaning services for commercial, industrial, and high-end residential customers. AiRwash uses drone-enabled cleaning methods to deliver exterior services that are faster, safer, and less disruptive—expanding traditional exterior cleaning capabilities. This is an early-stage, hands-on sales role focused on building the pipeline, engaging customers in the field, and supporting operations. As the division scales, this role will evolve into a full-service sales and scheduling function. We’re not looking for a fast-talking closer — we’re looking for someone who listens, communicates value clearly, and builds long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience in soft washing, pressure washing, or exterior surface cleaning
  • Understanding of chemical application and surface‑specific cleaning methods
  • 3+ years of B2B or service-based sales experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly
  • Highly organized with excellent follow‑through
  • Comfortable in a startup-style environment with shifting priorities
  • Local to Houston with the ability to work on-site and conduct field visits

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in exterior services, drones, construction, or solar
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic scheduling platforms
  • Spanish-speaking capability

Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage outbound/inbound sales, own the full sales cycle, create proposals, and maintain accurate CRM tracking and reporting.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through site visits, demos, follow-ups, and consistent engagement with key decision‑makers.
  • Coordinate closely with operations to schedule jobs, communicate service expectations, and support occasional field logistics or job‑site visits.
  • Collect customer feedback and collaborate with the team to refine pricing, messaging, service packaging, and sales materials.
  • Develop early sales collateral, presentations, and content that support market education and business growth.
  • Lead AiRwash’s outward-facing social presence by creating and sharing content that highlights field operations, customer outcomes, and brand credibility.
  • Drive long-term revenue opportunities through pipeline building, retention, expansion, and referral networks.
