About The Position

Uniswap Labs is a core contributor to the Uniswap Protocol, the world's largest DEX, with over $4 trillion in volume across 17 chains. It builds products that help millions access the protocol, including the Uniswap Web App, Wallet, and Trading API. Uniswap Labs is also the primary technical provider for Unichain, a DeFi-native Ethereum Layer 2 built to be the home for liquidity across chains. When you join Uniswap Labs, you become part of a team that's reshaping the way value flows on the internet. We're looking for a strategic enterprise business development leader to expand the reach of the Uniswap Protocol and grow structured products across institutional and fintech partners. You'll own high-impact relationships, translate market needs into product strategy, and be a key driver of Uniswap's API ecosystem.

Requirements

  • relevant business development, partnerships, trading desk, or client management experience in traditional finance, fintech, or trading infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, API integrations, and trading workflows; familiarity with decentralized markets a plus.
  • Ability to speak credibly with senior technical and commercial stakeholders; excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a network of institutional and fintech contacts and the ability to build deep, long-term relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience at a major fintech, exchange, or HFT/market-making firm.
  • Technical experience working on crypto protocols, DeFi, or open source software.
  • Deeply integrated with DeFi ecosystem partners and trading protocols.
  • Love for unicorns :)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead execution of a strategic go-to-market plan to expand API adoption among institutional firms, fintech platforms, trading firms, and large funds.
  • Manage the full commercial lifecycle with strategic partners: proactive outreach, relationship building, negotiations, onboarding, and ensuring long-term success.
  • Serve as the primary contact for senior stakeholders at key external organizations, surfacing impactful partnerships by leveraging the full breadth of Uniswap's products and protocol.
  • Translate client trading, liquidity, and execution needs into actionable product insights; work closely with internal Product and Engineering leaders to shape features and enhancements.
  • Analyze competitive market trends and behaviors to identify unique opportunities that increase protocol volume, active liquidity management, and long-term engagement.
  • Represent Uniswap professionally at industry events, conferences, and in partner meetings to amplify the brand and secure new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Legal, and Engineering to ensure smooth integrations, contractual alignment, and client success.
  • Develop and lead team members through structured mentorship, deal reviews, and continuous feedback, raising the bar for execution and professionalism.
