Requirements

  • Candidates must be enrolled as a junior, senior or graduate-level student in college OR recent college graduate (less than 1 year since graduation)
  • Must be available during the length of the program (6/2/26 – 8/7/26) and able to come into the GSD&M Austin offices at least 3 days a week. Option to work offsite on Mondays and Fridays.
  • Must be able to work full-time 40 hours per week.
  • Strong writing, communication and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Google Suite, or Mac equivalent
  • Proficient in agency email/calendar/meeting programs (e.g. Outlook 365, MS Teams, Zoom)

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in new business pitches
  • Managing team pitch team drives
  • Initial research and “Get Smarts” (from competitive analysis, industry deep-dives, and brand overviews).
  • Conducting weekly industry reports
  • Maintaining the business development archive system
  • Assist with team communication
  • Building presentation rooms for site visits
  • Creating New Business reports
  • Tracking and logging creative samples
  • File and data management
