About The Position

At Paired Power, we’re redefining how clean energy powers mobility. Our mission is to accelerate the shift toward sustainable transportation through solar-powered EV charging systems that are off-grid, resilient, and scalable. We're a growing team working at the cutting edge of renewable energy and cleantech innovation. We’re looking for a motivated and curious Business Development Intern to join our team. This is a paid internship, with compensation ranging from $1,200 to $1,500 per month, depending on your experience and availability. This is an internship—not a full-time role—so all responsibilities will be structured as part of your learning experience. We’ll provide onboarding and mentorship to help you grow while contributing to real-world projects in the renewable energy space.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or a related field
  • Strong interest in clean energy, electric vehicles, or sustainability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new business opportunities across EV infrastructure, clean energy, and commercial markets
  • Assist with lead generation, outreach campaigns, and CRM data management
  • Help draft outreach emails, proposals, and client communications
  • Participate in team strategy calls and contribute to business development discussions
  • Support partnership outreach and follow-up coordination
