To be considered, you must be able to commit to a 10-week hybrid internship and work 40 hours per week during our summer program Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Development Intern to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data-driven business strategy, market research, and competitive intelligence, while contributing to strategic initiatives that drive growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Senior standing, May 2027 graduate
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with experience in data analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills,  ability to present ideas and findings.
  • Excellent teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • General interest in Fintech.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge or experience in SaaS products or business development, or sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategy and support decision-making.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to communicate actionable insights to the team.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities in the Custody & Clearing and Software space.
  • Evaluate potential growth markets and create detailed profiles to support expansion strategies.
  • Assist in creating presentations and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to align business development efforts with firm goals.
