Play a vital role in refining the pitch process, ensuring your team's message resonates and makes a strong impact during high-stakes sales discussions! You are the Sales Supporter! You will get to take part in internal and external sales meetings, actively supporting the team by preparing documents, presenting market research, and ensuring smooth communication. Help gather and organize data needed for these meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and all questions can be answered promptly. You are the Data Collector! You will be tracking potential business opportunities and working collaboratively with the Client Experience team to ensure a pipeline of future business! Requirements

Must be pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to assist with client interactions, presentations, and team collaborations.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data and pitch materials.
A strong enthusiasm for building relationships, connecting with others, and fostering meaningful professional networks to drive business growth!
Employment with Kairoi is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening, as well as your possession of a valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.
The multifamily industry is ever-changing and there could be other duties required as needed and assigned.

Nice To Haves

Relevant coursework or certifications in areas such as business development, market research, or project management can be beneficial.
A strong understanding of excel is a plus.
