As a Business Development Intern, you will support Account Executives in driving sales and profitability for strategic accounts. You’ll work on meaningful projects, gain visibility with leaders, and learn how our business operates. Ideal candidates are analytical, curious, creative thinkers with a strong work ethic.

Requirements

  • Current college student studying Finance or Business.
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with customers, vendors, and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Executives in expanding product assortments for key accounts.
  • Participate in meetings with internal teams and external partners.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and implement actions.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose scalable improvements.
  • Conduct market research to identify new customers and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers on product content and digital presence.
  • Assist with digital advertising by translating data into strategy.
  • Partner with operations on order management, automation, and process optimization.
