DigiChem is a seed-stage startup building an on-demand chemical synthesis and manufacturing platform. We help companies accelerate their chemistry R&D and get to market faster by using AI to optimize synthesis routes and rapidly produce materials in our lab. Our customers are technical teams at at companies working in areas ranging from electronics manufacturing to bioengineering. We’re looking for a technically sharp, AI-native GTM hire to own the top of our sales funnel. This isn’t a traditional BDR role where you stare at a spreadsheet and dial down a list. You’ll build automated prospecting workflows in tools like Clay, use AI to research and personalize outreach at scale, and systematically identify the right people at the right companies. Then you'll get them on the phone and generate qualified leads for our CEO. You’ll be our first dedicated sales hire. That means you’ll have real influence over how we go to market, which accounts we target, and how we tell our story. We’re building an AI company and we expect our GTM motion to be just as technically leveraged as our product.
