About The Position

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to own and operate our Go To Market engine for ERP sales. This role goes beyond traditional sales, you will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing our email led growth motion, from outbound campaigns to booking qualified meetings. You will play a key role in shaping how we reach enterprise buyers and convert outreach into real pipeline and revenue.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or demand generation
  • Hands on experience with cold email tools such as Apollo.io, Instantly.ai, or Lemlist
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft high converting cold emails
  • Data driven mindset with experience analyzing outreach and CRM performance
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software sales
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Understanding of North American and European enterprise market dynamics

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage end to end outbound email campaigns targeting ERP decision makers such as CFOs, COOs, IT Heads, and Operations Leads
  • Develop and refine GTM messaging, Ideal Customer Profiles, and outreach sequences
  • Own the full email engine, including tools, templates, cadences, A B testing, and performance tracking
  • Research and build high quality prospect lists aligned with target segments
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate tracking of all outreach activities
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery calls for senior sales teams
  • Collaborate with leadership to align outreach with product positioning and sales strategy
  • Report on key pipeline metrics such as open rates, reply rates, meetings booked, and conversions
