About The Position

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 3–4 years of experience , ideally within fintech, crypto, or related technology sectors . The role focuses on client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue generation, requiring strong communication skills and a proven ability to close deals.

Requirements

  • Exposure to fintech, crypto, blockchain, or digital platforms preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated deal-closing capability
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in fintech / crypto markets
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
  • Track pipeline, revenue, and market feedback
