About The Position

We’re expanding in the Tampa Bay market and looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Business Development Executive who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and close deals. Identify and secure: Landlords & rental property owners seeking professional property management HOA and condo communities searching for a responsive, results-driven management company This is a remote position , but your success will be built on strong local presence, networking, and relationship-building throughout Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg .

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the property management or real estate industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
  • Proven sales closer (real estate, property management, B2B, or related industry preferred)
  • Comfortable prospecting and generating your own leads
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder
  • Self-motivated and disciplined (this is remote — you own your schedule)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to grow
  • Local to Tampa Bay / St. Petersburg market

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development objectives in the property management sector
  • Identify and target potential clients, including property owners, investors, and condominium associations in the Tampa Bay area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Prepare and present reports on business development activities and progress
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and materials
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's property management services
  • Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, outreach, and local events
  • Build relationships with real estate investors, landlords, brokers, and HOA board members
  • Present and pitch our property & association management services
  • Conduct discovery calls and in-person/virtual presentations
  • Close management agreements and onboard new clients
  • Track pipeline and maintain CRM activity
  • Represent the company at industry events and local association meetings
