We’re looking for a high-performing Business Development Representative (BDR) with proven cold-calling experience to generate qualified opportunities by engaging real estate owners and operators managing $5M–$50M in assets under management (AUM). This is not an entry-level role. You must be comfortable running high-volume outbound outreach, navigating conversations with sophisticated property owners, and qualifying real opportunities through direct phone engagement. If you thrive in fast-paced sales environments and know how to turn cold conversations into booked meetings, this role is for you.
