About The Position

We’re looking for a high-performing Business Development Representative (BDR) with proven cold-calling experience to generate qualified opportunities by engaging real estate owners and operators managing $5M–$50M in assets under management (AUM). This is not an entry-level role. You must be comfortable running high-volume outbound outreach, navigating conversations with sophisticated property owners, and qualifying real opportunities through direct phone engagement. If you thrive in fast-paced sales environments and know how to turn cold conversations into booked meetings, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • Proven cold-calling experience (real estate preferred, but not required)
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to sell to high-net-worth or asset-heavy prospects
  • Comfortable speaking with real estate owners and decision-makers
  • Demonstrated ability to handle objections and control conversations
  • Clear, confident phone presence
  • Experience working with CRM systems and outbound sales tools
  • Ability to hit daily activity and meeting-booked targets

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting, primarily through cold calls
  • Engage real estate owners, investors, and operators with $5M–$50M AUM
  • Identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities through structured discovery
  • Book qualified meetings for senior sales leadership or Account Executives
  • Handle objections confidently and guide conversations toward next steps
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and targeting
  • Continuously improve scripts, talk tracks, and objection handling
