Role Overview We are seeking a Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience selling IT products or solutions—ideally within the healthcare payer or provider ecosystem . The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, target-driven professional who excels at building client relationships, generating leads, and closing deals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–3 years of business development or sales experience in IT products or solutions, preferably targeting healthcare payers/providers.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven ability in consultative, solution-oriented selling.
  • Networking & Outreach: Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport with prospects through multiple channels.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Self-Starter: Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve targets.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-evolving business environment.
  • Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (visa sponsorship not available).

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience selling to U.S. healthcare payers and providers.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, manage the sales pipeline, and drive qualified opportunities to closure.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage new prospects through networking, direct outreach, and participation in industry conferences, webinars, and events.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client challenges and present tailored PRIME solutions that align with their strategic and operational goals.
  • Market Engagement: Connect with key decision-makers and influencers across healthcare payers and providers.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing, solution consultants, and senior business development teams to develop proposals, presentations, and go-to-market strategies.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunity stages within the CRM system.
  • Event Representation: Represent Atlas Systems at sponsored conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance market visibility and foster new relationships.
