Fulgent Genetics is seeking a scientifically fluent and commercially driven Business Development Executive – Pharma Partnerships to join our Pharma Services division. This is a field-based, client-facing role focused on building new partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies engaged in translational research, biomarker discovery, and clinical development. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in business development or scientific sales within a CRO, pharma services, or molecular testing environment, and thrives on identifying opportunities, engaging scientific teams, and driving adoption of Fulgent’s multi-omics and molecular testing solutions. The role is designed for a hunter — someone who combines scientific understanding with relationship-building skills and enjoys being in the field, connecting with researchers and decision-makers across the pharma-biotech ecosystem in the assigned territory.
