About The Position

We are looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) on CPT or OPT status who is interested in building a career in US IT Staffing and Business Development. This role is ideal for a goal-oriented individual with confident communication skills and a passion for client acquisition.

Requirements

  • CPT or OPT authorization in the USA.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication (Must Have).
  • Effective persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence in cold calling and email outreach.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • Strong work ethic and high commitment level.
  • Basic understanding of IT staffing or a willingness to learn quickly.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior internship or experience in sales, recruitment, or staffing.
  • Knowledge of the US staffing and IT hiring market.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in US IT staffing.
  • Research and connect with potential clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Reach out to hiring managers and decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings and requirement discussions.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to fulfill client requirements.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track leads and conversions.
  • Meet weekly and monthly business development targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and activity reports.
