As Business Development Director, you will be charged with developing and executing strategic plans to secure and maintain strategic partnerships in the market and educate on LCB Senior Living offerings and differentiators. An ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, confidence, persistence- a relationship builder with expertise in problem solving that strives for successful outcomes through strategic planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • 3-5 years of consumer-based sales experience- senior living, healthcare, hospitality preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Experience in usage of CRM application preferred
  • A driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing strategies to identify and engage potential referral sources.
  • Creating strong connections with healthcare providers, senior advocates, and other community and civic organizations.
  • Driving qualified referrals to represented community.
  • Expanding LCB's presence and professional networks within the Greater Basking Ridge market and other areas.
