Full Time Pay range: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 based on experience The Executive Director is responsible for the efficient operations and the overall management and direction of the day-to-day functions of the residence in accordance with federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations to assure that the highest degree of quality care and service is provided to our residents. He/she will hire, evaluate, coordinate, monitor performance, schedule and supervise staff in accordance with LCB Senior Living policy. The Executive Director is also responsible for achieving and maintaining budgeted occupancy, representing the residence to the community and creating and maintaining a culture that supports quality service and high customer satisfaction for the residents and a culture that promotes positive and fully engaged associates.
