Your Impact As the Business Development Director, you will drive client engagement, revenue growth, and industry presence, with a focus on the multifamily architecture studio (Dallas). This visible, client-facing role requires 10+ years of experience in business development within the A/E/C. You will lead client outreach, attend key industry conferences, and develop strategic partnerships to expand market influence. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven leader with strong client relationships and a passion for driving revenue and business growth. A successful project manager communicates with principals and studio leaders providing comprehensive updates on project progress, financials, and key decisions, seeking strategic input and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Care Proactively seeks to understand the unique needs, perspectives, and aspirations of all stakeholders, including clients, end-users, and the project team. Cultivates a positive team culture that inspires trust, engagement, and a shared commitment to project success. Partnership Builds client confidence in KTGY.
