About The Position

As Business Development Director – Healthcare Foundation, you will be driving the revenue goals of the company by positioning Attain Digital's comprehensive suite of services including Salesforce Innovation, Data & Analytics and strategic transformation services to the Healthcare Foundation and hospital sector. Attain Partners offers a unique experience to our Business Development staff that is rooted in our core values and supports our customers achieve their missions. The majority of your day will be spent building relationships with customers as their Trusted Advisor, scoping and proposing solutions that deliver true digital and organizational transformation.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in a professional services sales environment managing complex sales with multiple stakeholder groups/organizations
  • Deep expertise in at least three of the following:
  • Service selling
  • Technology sales
  • Navigating deals larger than $1M
  • Formal sales methodology
  • Large account management best practices
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software products would be a strong asset
  • Ability to interact with a customer’s executives and demonstrate strategic understanding of business needs
  • Ability to think critically and analytically
  • Strong leadership skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous healthcare and hospital sector experience
  • Previous experience in the Salesforce customer/partner/delivery ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients
  • Experience supporting sales and business development

Responsibilities

  • Lead creation and management
  • Sales discovery and qualification
  • Identification of business pain points and objectives
  • Using Salesforce ecosystem, data and strategy service capabilities and come up with solutions to address pain points
  • Accessing multiple buyers
  • Building proposals, RFP's, & Statements of Work
  • Leading and delivering sales presentations (when appropriate)
  • Work with clients through procurement
  • On-going account management
