Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in commercial insurance sales and business development.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role, with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial insurance market and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional designations (such as CIC, CPCU, ARM) are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
  • Lead and mentor a team to drive sales performance and ensure team cohesion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Drive the expansion of our market presence and identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Provide regular sales reporting and performance analysis to senior management.
