A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP As a Business Development and Customer Service Rep with our car dealership, you're responsible for answering all incoming phone calls for our service department. You answer any questions that customers bring to you or transfer their calls to the correct employee if you're unsure of the answer. When customers call in, you schedule appointments for them, ensuring a minimum of 40 appointments are set each day. You also complete call logs as assigned by the service director making no less than 50 outbound calls per day. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, you engage with each customer with a smile on your face as well as actively seek out new and return customers to increase business.
