Requirements

• Automotive sales or BDC experience required
• Bilingual preferred
• VinSolutions experience required
• Strong phone and written communication skills
• Process-driven, goal-oriented, and dependable
• Able to stay focused and productive in a high-volume environment
• Professional, mature, and business-minded
• Valid Driver's License
• Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Impel AI or similar tool experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle 100–150 customer communications per day by phone, text, and email
• Set a minimum of 150 appointments per month
• Follow approved scripts and communication guidelines
• Respond to leads quickly, professionally, and consistently
• Overcome objections and keep conversations moving toward an appointment
• Log activity and maintain accurate CRM notes
