We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team! The right candidate will be a team player with a "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills. Requirements

  • At least one previous role based in customer service experience, preferably at a dealership
  • Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
  • Positive and hardworking personality
  • Comfortable being on the phone and handling different types of customer service situations
  • Strong computer program and phone conversation skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls to the service department
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and text message inquires
  • Schedule customers through inbound phone calls, appointments booked online or other sources
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
  • Work as a helping hand to service advisors to provide customers with updates, pricing, GM information, etc.
  • Utilize GM programs and dealership CRM programs to communicate with new or existing customers
  • Enter data into programs such as Excel on a daily basis to track all communication or appointments completed with customers
