About The Position

The Business Development Coordinator supports the Core Products sales team through administrative coordination and inside sales account management, ensuring smooth order flow, strong account support, and excellent customer service, with opportunities for growth into a larger sales role.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or 3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, or administration.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfort in communicating with customers via phone and email.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and CRM/ERP systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Providing responsive, accurate account management and inside sales support for assigned customer accounts.
  • Executing sales and administrative operations related to orders, accounts, and customer data.
  • Supporting sales team efficiency and continuous improvement through effective communication, follow-up, and process support.
