This position will originate new small and medium size business deposit relationships through business development prospecting activities. Primary focus will include acquiring new customers, building, maintaining strong relationships, and promoting a range of financial products and services to deepen customer relationships while driving revenue growth. The Business Development Officer is also responsible for assisting Lenders with business deposit relationships, services, and referrals. This position requires a proactive and strategic approach to business development and prospecting sales acumen, as well as excellent communication, time management, an understanding of cash management products and services, and interpersonal skills. Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels in business, internally and externally with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal partners.
