About The Position

We are seeking a Business Development Coordinator to serve as the direct link between our Executive Director of Business Development, sales team, vendors, and others. They will be critical in creating proposal, tracking client programs, and ensuring deliverables are met. ------------------------------------------ This job is FULLY REMOTE and can be worked from anywhere in the 50 states of the US, or Washington DC. We cannot consider applicants who live outside these areas or candidates who require sponsorship to work in the US. ------------------------------------------ Innowave Marketing Group provides luxury and innovative reward solutions unique to the loyalty and promotional marketing space. Our experts design effective consumer loyalty programs, engagement programs, sales & channel incentives and consumer promotions. Requirements

  • 2+ years experience tracking or coordinating projects to ensure deliverables are met
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint & strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at a time and prioritize between competing tasks
  • Empathic with the ability to resolve client issues diplomatically and without putting the client’s continued relationship with the company at risk
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • For remote roles, must be located in one of the 50 states of the United States or Washington DC
  • Sponsorship is not available

Nice To Haves

  • Graphic design experience a plus
  • Experience in the casino/gaming industry a plus, but not required
  • Limited travel to help with events is a possibility, but not a requirement of the position

Responsibilities

  • Provide inside sales support and perform administrative duties for the sales team.
  • Research products, pricing, vendors, trends, etc, that are applicable to the role and the type of services we provide to our clients.
  • Develop proposals and PowerPoint presentations for clients to present program ideas and options, ensuring information is presented professionally, accurately, and transparently.
  • Develop a process for efficient and effective tracking of client programs and own the tracking process.
  • Coordinate between departments, clients, and our product and design partners to ensure program deliverables are received by the prescribed deadlines, and assist in developing contingency plans when needed.
  • Engage in professional and effective communications internally and externally.
  • Provide outstanding client and vendor support, ensuring continued relationships and business opportunities.
