Requirements

  • A people person with excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in person).
  • Tech-savvy with basic computer skills .
  • Professional, polished appearance with a positive attitude.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for rotating Saturdays.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, and web leads.
  • Schedule appointments for sales & service.
  • Share exciting promotions & incentives with customers.
  • Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Keep accurate records in our database.
  • Introduce customers to Sales Consultants for a smooth buying/selling process.
  • Assist with scheduling loaner vehicles when needed.
  • Jump in where needed to support the team – every day is different!
