Indiana University Health is seeking a highly driven Business Development Consultant to serve as the face of the new IU Health Telestroke Program . In this role, you will operate with a program manager mentality , leading relationship management and program execution across multiple hospital partners while driving data‑informed decisions, continuous improvement, and measurable impact for stroke patients across Indiana. Key Relationships Reports to: Service Line Administrator Direct Reports: None Shift/Work Style: Full‑time, Monday–Friday, hybrid with some on‑site expectations at our downtown Indianapolis office and regional hospital meetings as needed. The Scope: IU Health Telestroke Program Partnerships You will be the primary point person for participating hospitals; ensuring alignment, traction, and value from program launch through ongoing operations. As the program’s ambassador , you will coordinate outreach, host stakeholder meetings after initial contact, and remain on call for issues escalated by partners so that hospitals receive responsive, high‑quality support. Program Context: The IU Health Telestroke Program leverages Teladoc technology , a defined clinical algorithm, and 24/7/365 access to board‑certified vascular neurologists to enable rapid stroke evaluation and treatment guidance. The model improves continuity of care, reduces unnecessary transfers, expands access to advanced therapies (including extended‑window tenecteplase (TNK) where appropriate), and opens pathways to research involvement—helping patients stay closer to home , especially in rural and critical access hospitals .
