Launch your career by earning your Property & Casualty license, followed immediately by an immersive 4-month deep dive with our sales team to master the complexities of the industry. Once you’ve built that foundation, you’ll fast-track directly into our Business Development program, where you will apply your knowledge to drive real growth and success. From there, your day will consist of connecting with current and potential business partners to resolve their questions, meet their needs, and cultivate long-lasting partnerships. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and bring a goal-oriented focus to each workday. Ultimately, you will help build and maintain our reputation as a company that offers top-notch client experiences during the insurance process.
