Requirements

  • Leadership or management experience (automotive BDC experience strongly preferred)
  • A hands-on coaching style with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Comfort working in a high-traffic, high-lead environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and data tracking
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a balanced, solutions-focused approach

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Development Representatives
  • Manage high inbound lead volume and ensure timely, professional follow-up
  • Monitor daily activity and key performance metrics to maximize appointment set and show rates
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training on prospecting, communication, and lead conversion
  • Utilize CRM tools to track activity, streamline processes, and improve efficiencies
  • Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align BDC efforts with overall dealership goals
