About The Position

Parks Ford Lincoln of Gainesville and Parks Hyundai Genesis of Gainesville are seeking a skilled and client-focused Business Development Center (BDC) associate to join our team and enhance the experience for our clients. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients, converting inquiries into appointment reservations. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, confident, self-starter and have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional client experiences, ensuring client satisfaction from the initial call through to reservation completion. We have an immediate need to fill a full-time position.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Automotive/BDC experience is preferred but not required
• Must have an associate or bachelor degree

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound phone calls, text messages and emails
• Set sales and service appointments
• Follow-up with clients for Sales and Service Departments
• Confirm all scheduled appointments
