Tampa Honda, proud recipient of Automotive News’ Best Dealerships to Work For in 2023, 2024, and 2025, is seeking a talented Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator to support our Service Department and help us continue delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a BDC Administrator, you will respond to and communicate with our customers via email and phone. Ideal candidates will be polished, professional, energetic, and customer-focused. You must be able to handle heavy call volume and explain manufacturer service specials and incentives (we provide the details), answer questions and schedule appointments while maintaining outstanding phone etiquette. Requirements

  • Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated
  • Experience in customer service or call center
  • Strong communication skills –verbal and written
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-lingual (ability to speak Spanish) a plus!
  • Experience with Volie, CDK and XTime a plus!
  • Dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound and inbound customer phone calls.
  • Respond via email and phone to Internet Leads
  • Determine each customer's needs by asking the correct questions
  • Set appointments for Service Department
  • Ensure a positive customer experience
  • Introduce customers to Service Advisors
  • Enter customer information into CRM
