Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development and brand partnerships
  • Strong understanding of marketing, advertising, and branded content strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a competitive environment
  • Familiarity with media platforms (radio, digital, social, experiential) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across local, regional, and national markets
  • Develop and pitch integrated brand partnership proposals that align with client goals and audience insights
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and brand stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, programming, digital) to execute partnership campaigns
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and uncover new opportunities
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets through strategic outreach and relationship management
